Event Description:

Join us for "Mental Health on the Mat" with Love Meets Therapy! Each month, we explore a new theme to enhance your mental and physical well-being. For July, our focus is on grounding.

Class Structure:

  1. First 15 minutes: Begin with a mindfulness meditation and learn a new mental health tool to help you feel more centered.

  2. Next 15 minutes: Enjoy seated yoga postures that you can do right at your desk, discreetly stretching and relieving tension without drawing attention from coworkers.

  3. Last 30 minutes: If you have more time, continue with a full yoga flow that includes standing postures, incorporating the mental health tool introduced at the start of the session.

This flexible, drop-in class is designed to fit into your lunch break, helping you recharge and find balance to carry you through the end of the week.

Note: Participants can leave after the first 30 minutes (or join after the first 30 minutes) if their lunch break is short and doesn’t accommodate the whole flow.
