Courses on Teachable
This course is designed to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for exploring menstruation across all gender identities. The curriculum includes an hour's worth of video lectures and over 20 worksheets and coloring pages, covering key topics such as hormonal changes and integrated approaches to both menstrual and mental health. Participants will also gain insights into the social and emotional dynamics of menstruating in a gender-affirming way, tackling prevalent misconceptions and discussing the unique challenges faced by the gender-diverse community. Our goal is to empower participants, broaden their understanding of menstrual health, and cultivate a community of support. Join us to deepen your knowledge and celebrate your menstrual experience in a manner that truly reflects who you are.
