Event Description:

Join us for "Mental Health on the Mat" with Love Meets Therapy! Each month, we explore a new theme to enhance your mental and physical well-being. For September, our focus is on balance.

Class Structure:

  1. First 15 minutes: Begin with a mindfulness meditation and learn a new mental health tool to help you find and maintain balance in your daily life.

  2. Next 15 minutes: Enjoy seated yoga postures that you can do right at your desk, designed to be discreet and effective in releasing tension and promoting equilibrium without drawing attention from coworkers.

  3. Last 30 minutes: If you have more time, continue with a full yoga flow that includes standing postures, incorporating the mental health tool introduced at the start of the session.

This flexible, drop-in class is designed to fit into your lunch break, helping you recharge and find balance to carry you through the end of the week.

Note: Participants can leave after the first 30 minutes (or join after the first 30 minutes) if their lunch break is short and doesn’t accommodate the whole flow.
